     Now you have an excellent idea and wonder how you can turn it into real products. Frankly, product development is a complex and time consuming process. So, first of all, you should leave the hassles to experts.

      It doesn't mean, however, that you don't involve. Just the opposite, overseas production requires comprehensive communications among customer, designer, sculptor, modeler, molder, painter, assembler, shipper, and Customs broker. In order to make intelligent decision, you should have some basic knowledge about cost elements of a product, production process, manufacturing method, material, packaging, quality control, shipping and handling. 

     In addition, there are regulations from related governments, namely China and United States, which can significantly, sometimes decisively, affect the ways and costs of your project; adding to the complexity, government regulations change over time. Since the Mattel product recalls in 2007, in fact, US government has constantly tightened its regulations on product safety, reflected in the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
